The name is the method

We look at the whole room before we touch a wall.

A kitchen is not a row of cabinets. It is light, plumbing, wiring, floor, ceiling and the way three people move through it at seven in the morning. Since 2015 we have planned every Spring kitchen from that full circle, and the result is a room that works as well as it looks.

Design and construction sit under one roof here. The person who draws your plan is the person who stands in your kitchen while it is built. Nothing is handed off, nothing is lost in between.

  • One plan, one price, one schedule before demolition starts.
  • Our own carpenters, tile setters and finish crew on every job.
  • A clean site every evening and a lead you can reach by phone.

Kitchen Remodeling

A full kitchen remodel changes more of your home than any other project. We open walls where it helps, move plumbing and gas where the layout asks for it, and build cabinets to the ceiling. Modern flat-panel fronts, quartz or stone counters, under-cabinet light, a quiet hood. Finished so it looks like it was always meant to be there.

  1. 01

    Layout first

Island, range and sink placed for how you cook, not for where the old pipes were.

  2. 02

    Built to the ceiling

Full-height cabinetry, matched grain and solid hardware that still feels right in ten years.

  3. 03

    Light done right

Layered lighting, bigger openings and finishes that read warm in Texas sun.

02 / Bathrooms

A bathroom you can stand in and breathe.

Bathroom Remodeling

Primary bathrooms, guest baths and the small hall bath that never worked. We take rooms down to the studs, fix what was hiding behind the tile, and rebuild with curbless showers, freestanding tubs, floating vanities and large-format stone. Dry, bright and quiet, with everything in reach.

Talk about your bathrooms
  1. 01

    Showers without edges

Curbless entries, linear drains and glass that keeps the room open.

  2. 02

    Storage that hides

Recessed niches, floating vanities and tall cabinets built into the wall.

  3. 03

    Calm materials

Porcelain, natural stone, warm wood and matte metals that age well.

03 / Whole home

The whole house, one standard.

Whole-Home Remodeling

When a kitchen, two bathrooms and the living areas all need work, one plan beats four projects. We rework floor plans, remove walls, raise ceilings and replace floors, trim and doors through the entire home. One crew, one schedule, one finish level from the front door to the back porch.

Talk about your whole home
  1. 01

    Open the plan

Structural changes that join kitchen, dining and living into one clear space.

  2. 02

    Every surface

Floors, trim, doors, paint and lighting replaced to the same standard throughout.

  3. 03

    Live through it

Phased work so you keep a kitchen and a bathroom while the rest is rebuilt.

Everything else we build

Beyond the kitchen.

The same crew and the same standard carry through the rest of the house and out into the yard. Big jobs only, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Room Additions & Second Stories

More square footage without moving. Family rooms, primary suites and full second floors joined to the house so the seam disappears.

  2. 02

    ADUs & Garage Conversions

A garage or backyard turned into a real apartment with its own kitchen, bath and entrance for family or rental income.

  3. 03

    Outdoor Kitchens & Living

Covered outdoor kitchens, dining terraces and fireplaces built for Houston evenings, nine months of the year.

  4. 04

    Patios, Hardscape & Pools

Stone patios, retaining walls, walkways and pool surrounds that tie the yard to the house.

  5. 05

    Windows & Doors

Larger openings, sliding glass walls and new entry doors that bring in light and cut the summer heat.

  6. 06

    Exterior Makeovers

New siding, stone, roofline trim and entries that give a 1990s Spring house a current face.

  7. 07

    Custom Homes

Ground-up homes on your lot in Spring, Klein or The Woodlands, designed and built by the same team.

Why people call us

What a decade of Spring kitchens taught us.

  1. 01

    Fixed scope, fixed price

You see the full drawings, the materials list and the price before anything is removed. Changes are written down and priced before they happen.

  2. 02

    Our own people

Demolition, framing, cabinets, tile and finish are done by crews we employ. The same faces every day, and one lead who answers the phone.

  3. 03

    Built for this climate

Humidity, slab foundations and attic heat shape how we frame, vent and finish. Work that holds up in Harris County summers.

Questions

Asked before most
kitchens start.

Ask us directly: (281) 674-5517
How long does a full kitchen remodel take?

Most Spring kitchens take six to ten weeks on site once materials are in hand. Design and ordering before that usually run four to eight weeks, mainly waiting on cabinets and stone. We give you a dated schedule before demolition.

Do you handle design, or do I need an architect?

We design in-house. For kitchens, bathrooms and most whole-home work that is all you need. If a project calls for an engineer, for example when a load-bearing wall comes out, we bring one in and coordinate it.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Almost everyone does. We set up a temporary kitchen corner, seal off the work area with dust walls and keep one bathroom running. Whole-home projects are phased so you always have a place to cook and wash.

What does a kitchen remodel cost in the Spring area?

It depends on size, layout changes and materials, so we do not quote from a phone call. After a walkthrough you get a line-item price that covers design, materials and labor. That number is the number.

Do you do small jobs like a backsplash or a cabinet swap?

No. We take on full kitchens, full bathrooms, whole-home remodels, additions and outdoor living. That focus is why the big jobs go smoothly.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based on Old Louetta Loop in Spring and work across Klein, The Woodlands, Champion Forest, Tomball, Cypress and Old Town Spring. Projects elsewhere in Greater Houston are case by case.

Who will actually be in my home?

Our own carpenters, tile setters and finishers, with one project lead you meet before the job starts. Plumbing and electrical are done by the same trade partners we have used for years.
